Please make sure that your delivery address is updated and accurate because incomplete addresses may result in confusion during our delivery process.
There will be an additional charge for re-delivery in the event of a failed delivery and re-delivery will be charged at full cost.
As for now, Flower Beans only deliver to certain areas within Klang Valley, KL area and Selangor area. We do not provide international services as the moment.
Flower Beans will not take responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:
Additional delivery charge will be imposed for re-delivery or re-route services. The additional delivery charges will be determined based on the final delivery address.
Cancellation of orders must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) before date of delivery. A processing fee of 50% of the value item will be charged for cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) notice.
Flower Beans always ensure that the flowers are in good condition before it is out for delivery. However, there may be risk during flower transportation. If there are damage with the flowers, please directly liaise with us through Whatsapp with a photo proof within 2 hours after delivery. We would assess the damage and shall we be liable to it, we will arrange for replacement flowers to be delivered to you on our next delivery day or issue a refund to you.
