All orders are advisable to be placed 2 days before delivery (48 hours), as we do not keep fresh flower stock all the time. We only get the supply upon confirmation to ensure that we deliver the freshest flowers to you. However, we may have some extra stock available daily. Hence, do contact us directly via Whatsapp to check on the flower availability.
For changes on delivery address or message card, kindly contact us via Whatsapp at least 1 day (24 hour) before the delivery date.
To cancel your order, please inform us at least 2 days (48 hours) before delivery date. A processing fee of 50% of the item value will be charged for cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) notice, as we have booked the supply by then and flowers are highly perishable items. In the extreme and unlikely event that we need to cancel your order (due to accident, sudden illness or any other unforeseen circumstances), we will do our best to look for another florist to fulfill your order or arrange a refund.
Please note that it will take up to 10 working days for the refund process to be completed.
Currently our delivery coverage areas include Kuala Lumpur and Selangor region, starting from RM 15. Deliveries to selected areas such as Klang, Semenyih, Batu Caves, Rawang and etc, extra charges might incur. For urgent order, kindly select Express Delivery upon checkout. Extra charges will be incurred for express delivery.
In the event the recipient is not available during delivery time, we will leave the flower with the receptionist, colleagues, family members or security guard. We will contact the sender if more assistance is required. Additional fee will be applied for a re-route delivery location upon request.
Our standard delivery service are completed between 11am – 6pm. Extra charges may apply if you wish for specific timing, i.e. early delivery/late delivery. In order to get cheaper delivery fee, you may use courier service to do the pickup, such as Grab delivery, Lalamove, etc. So, you can check out their website for price and further info.
We do not guarantee the delivery to be on time, this is especially in the events of severe weather and natural disaster such as thunderstorm or flood. However, Flower Beans will do our best to make sure that the flower bouquets are safely be delivered to each of the recipient.
