Currently our delivery coverage areas include Kuala Lumpur and selected Selangor region, standard delivery fee is RM15 and above.
Our standard delivery service are completed between 11am – 6pm.
For specific timing order, we would recommend customers to place their orders with payment confirmation 3 days in advanced. This is to ensure we are able to provide fresh flowers to be delivered on time.
For any self collection option, we would recommend customers to place an order 3-5 days in advanced through Whatsapp text as we are opt to pick-up by appointment basis only, COD & walk-ins are not available.
Same-day deliveries are ONLY available to selected flower bouquets (under Same Day Delivery Product Category) from Mon – Sat for confirmation orders which is made before 12 pm within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
Same-day delivery order must be submitted by respective time slot, after which the delivery will be on the next working day. Kindly be reminded that the same-day delivery ONLY applicable to selected collection in our website ( term & condition apply ) Therefore we reserve the right to reject order which does not fulfil our term and condition advised.
Delivery charges might vary during peak season i.e Chinese New Year Eve, Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve and New Year Eve.
Please note: Same Day Delivery is not applicable on Sunday/ Public Holiday.
